great friendly staff! a good portion for the price. i ordered their corned beef hash Benedict which was very good and i love how the eggs were perfectly poached.

Food was great I got the prime rib Philly omelette and the wife got the French toast and man was it good. The place is old and antiquish but it's no different than a new modern place. The staff was great and really nice. It definitely is a gem!!

I've actually been to Patty's a handful of times, and today's visit was the same as the rest. Above average breakfast spot with friendly, prompt service. I've had bacon and over-easy eggs as well as the Joe's Special. Everything I've had has been fresh and perfect. One cannot imagine going wrong with anything on their menu. Ol' Matty gives Patty's a fatty thumbs up!

Large portions, pretty good food. Nice servers. Some locations get slammed during peak hours, these folks handle it pretty well. Not a huge fan of walk-up-to-pay, since there's not a person posted at the counter, just whomever happens to see you while they're serving. Cozy roomy booths and tables.

This is my go-to breakfast spot hands down! The portion sizes are big, the food is yummy, the service is great, and the staff are always so nice. My faves are the pancakes, Swedish pancakes, the challah French toast, the huge pieces of bacon, and their hash browns (so crispy)! They are always busy on weekend mornings so be prepared to wait, but I've never waited longer than 30 minutes personally.

Great Traditional American Breakfast. Very friendly staff and extremely attentive. Many items on the menu I need to try. Always go with the usual greatness of the Eggs Benedict. However, there are 4-5 different types of Eggs Benny's!! Great, fresh choices. Biscuits and Gravy, a must have, always. I'll keep coming back time and time again. 6 stars because the coffee cup is always full.

If you're looking for a huge, pretty tasty meal for a good price, this is your place. The portions are enormous and the food is really solid. I don't love their eggs (they get a little burnt), but everything else is really good. The food also comes out really quickly and it's great service.

I've only eaten at this place once. However, given mixed reviews, I was very happy with this place. I am a huge breakfast critic, and this place nailed it. Fresh squeezed OJ was great. The food was even better. Largish portion sizes that was all fresh and made to order. The bread and jam was delicious. Service at 9:30am was prompt and courteous. I'll update after a future visit and after I try their coffee!

Super friendly service in this restaurant. Entire staff were very warm and helpful and they made sure our coffee was refilled and hot. Delicious breakfast, very clean establishment I would definitely go back for breakfast!!! Thank you to your wonderful staff!!!
